Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations and goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance.
• Support action plans with Sales Leadership Team to improve results.
• Implement floorset direction to bring the product story to life.
• Perform opening/closing routines, including bank deposits and shipments.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Meet payroll targets with appropriate sales floor coverage.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Maintain safety standards and store appearance.
