Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience.
• Passion for brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends.
• Flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, and lift at least 40 pounds (18 kg).
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to drive profitability and brand connection.
• Own your division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development where needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Ensure the team consistently meets goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to improve customer engagement.
• Innovate ideas to boost community engagement and loyalty.
