Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; combination of education and work experience considered.
• 2 years' leadership experience required.
• No professional certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies work to be done, prioritizes and delegates to drive store financial goals.
• Promotes and sets the example for exceptional customer service standards.
• Assists the store management team with onboarding, monthly meetings, check-ins and appraisals.
• Solicits customer and associate feedback.
• Recognizes and rewards behaviors that reinforce progress and success.
• Maximizes the value of donated goods; ensures donations are received and processed quickly.
• Adheres to Goodwill operational standards including pricing, rotation, schedule and returns.
• Demands a high level of excellence to dress code, presentation and housekeeping.
• Submits closing, accident, risk training, and Kronos reports correctly and on time.
• Ensures security of company assets.
• Uses management information tools to measure store activity and identify trends.
• Communicates with supervisor and other management about operational issues.
