Responsibilities

• Identify work to be done, prioritize and delegate, assist in developing staff to drive store goals.
• Promote exceptional customer service and set the example for standards.
• Assist in onboarding, monthly meetings, check-ins and appraisals.
• Solicit customer and associate feedback.
• Recognize and reward behaviors that reinforce progress and success.
• Maximize value of donated goods; ensure donations are received and processed quickly.
