You’ll support recruitment and training, manage store systems, merchandising, and daily activities, and collaborate with the Store Director to create a supportive, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to drive profitability through brand-focused leadership.
• Own your designated division (merchandising, operations, HR, service).
