You will collaborate with the leadership team, ensure smooth operations, and lead initiatives across divisions to elevate the customer experience. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to drive profitability and strong brand connections.
• Own designated division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a collaborative environment for all associates.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge and authentic customer connections.
• Engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor when needed.
