The Soma Madison store, part of KnitWell Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a team and delivering a welcoming, customer-centered experience. You will coach associates, drive sales, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include hiring assistance, inventory control, omni-channel initiatives, and creating community connections through in-store events, while maintaining visual standards and a safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a store team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Achieve the store's financial goals and drive sales performance.
• Assist in hiring, training, and coaching associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and promote omni-channel selling.
