KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Soma store in Appleton, WI. You will support the Store Manager in leading the team, delivering a welcoming, customer-focused experience, and upholding our culture of hospitality.

This role emphasizes team development, meeting store goals, hiring and coaching associates, and maintaining brand standards on the sales floor and in inventory processes, while building community connections through events and philanthropy.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the store's financial goals and motivate the team.
