You will lead on the sales floor, train staff, and drive sales while maintaining store standards and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading the team and creating a welcoming customer experience.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and use an omni-channel approach.
• Hire, develop, and coach associates; foster community connections.
• Ensure store operations are safe and efficient, including inventory and replenishment.
