Soma Deer Park is part of KnitWell Group. Soma’s Deer Park location seeks an Assistant Manager who will help the Store Manager create a welcoming, customer-centered experience and drive brand standards across sales, service, and operations.

You will lead a team, model exceptional service, and partner to deliver an omni-channel experience while maintaining visual standards and store procedures. Join us to empower customers daily.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability - nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the financial goals of the store and motivate the team.
• Assist in the hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Take ownership to ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory management, daily replenishment of floor merchandise, and execution of inventories.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines, and business practices.
• Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.
