Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead and mentor team
• Flexible shifts including holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends
• Comfort with retail technology
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through customer-centric operations
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams
