Responsibilities

• Infuse the store’s Mobile Assistant with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto.
• Ensure that every customer need is met and that employees build customer confidence.
• Complete observations of Mobile Associates’ interactions with customers.
• Manage customer wait time and stay current on products and services.
• Lead by example and keep the team updated on training and best practices.
• Assist in maintaining the quality of the store environment.
