Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact profitability.
• Own your designated division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development.
• Partner with leadership to cultivate a collaborative environment.
• Ensure goals are met and deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge.
• Engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various sales floor roles when needed.
