• Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to drive profitability and brand connection.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist recruiting, training, and development as needed.
• Collaborate to create a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to elevate customer connections.
• Engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into multiple roles on the sales floor when needed.
