PHOENIX is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Smith Haven Express store. You will support the Store Manager in supervising daily operations, coaching Sales Associates, and driving sales while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires 1–3 years retail experience, strong communication, and proficiency with iPad and POS registers. Availability nights and weekends is expected, with a focus on maintaining a safe, friendly store environment.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant retail experience.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising store operations, recruiting, training, and sales functions.
• Drive productivity and ensure a great in-store experience for customers.
• Lead and coach Sales Associates for performance and growth.
• Partner with the Store Manager to identify high performers and support their development.
• Participate in interviewing and feedback for Sales Associates as needed.
• Assist in executing action plans to optimize results and ensure operational success.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure merchandise flow, replenishment, and omnichannel activities.
• Ensure adherence to policies and safety for customers and associates.
• Lead by example to deliver proactive customer engagement and a positive store atmosphere.
