Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments as needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to help profitability in all departments.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual and assist customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Protect company assets and financial information and inform management of potential fraud risk.
