Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run a busy retail location. You will partner with the store manager to oversee daily operations, coach a team of sales consultants, and ensure customers receive outstanding service and guidance on our products and services.

You’ll contribute to merchandising, product launches, and achieving sales objectives, while benefiting from best-in-class paid training designed for leadership success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills expected.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience required.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with a store manager.
• Develop and coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to drive revenue.
