Job summary

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, merchandise handling, inventory, loss prevention, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and functions.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and maintain compliance with store policies.
• Maintain store fixtures and displays for promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, record keeping, and loss prevention.
• Maintain well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Ensure a safe, clean environment and comply with safety guidelines.
