Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Austell, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will support opening and closing, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor and stockroom remain stocked and presentable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and physical stamina for frequent movement.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
