Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to floor as needed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store standards and promotional displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and record keeping.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates; train and guide employees.
• Ensure safety, policy compliance, and loss prevention.
