Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a store leadership role in Indianapolis to help manage daily operations, shipments and customer order fulfillment. You will supervise associates, ensure accurate transfers, and uphold loss prevention practices while maintaining merchandising standards.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays is required, with opportunities for development within a dynamic, community‑driven sports retailer.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience
• Confident and capable of directing employees
• Adaptable to changing omni‑channel retail demands
• Proactive and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Oversees shipment of merchandise to the warehouse and store transfers in a timely fashion
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills Locate orders for customers
• Reconciles store transfer documents, manifests and receiving paperwork
• Follows loss prevention policies to minimize shrink
• Supports visual merchandising, pricing adjustments, directives and store upkeep
