Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. in Michigan seeks a leader to support store operations, employee management, stock, visual merchandising and training, with additional duties in the absence of the Operations Manager.

You will oversee shipments, locate orders, maintain documentation, and uphold loss prevention while ensuring a premium store experience. Flexible hours include nights and weekends where required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with at least 1 year in a team setting.
• Ability to interact confidently with employees and provide direction.
• Versatile and resourceful in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
• Proactive and able to complete tasks without supervision.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills for analysis and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipment of merchandise to warehouse for RTV and transfers.
• Fulfill customer Locate orders and retrieve merchandise.
• Reconcile transfer documents and nightly operations paperwork.
• Follow loss prevention policies to minimize shrink.
• Support visual merchandising, price adjustments, and compliance tasks.
