Foot Locker is seeking a store leader in Bloomington, MN to help manage operations, people, and processes. You will support the Operations Manager, oversee shipments, transfers, and customer Locate orders, and uphold loss prevention standards.

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the shipment of all requested merchandise to appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers in a timely fashion.
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer Locate orders.
• Reconciles store to store transfer documents, store shipment manifests, and all other receiving documents per policy.
• Follows all loss prevention policies to minimize shrink.
• Maintains visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, and compliance to company directives and customer experience.
