Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a capable store operations leader in Bloomington, MN to manage daily activities, drive performance, and support the Operations Manager in delivering a premium store experience. You will supervise staff, handle stock, merchandising, and asset protection while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires initiative, strong ethics, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with employees and providing direction.
• Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands in a fast-paced omni-channel retail environment.
• Initiates completion of tasks without necessary supervision.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills including problem analysis and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shipment of all requested merchandise to the appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers in a timely fashion.
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer Locate orders.
• Reconciles store-to-store transfer documents, shipment manifests, and receiving documents per policy.
• Follows loss prevention policies to minimize shrink.
• Can perform tasks to execute visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, and compliance to company directives.
