You will collaborate with the Store Director and other leaders to adapt strategies, manage divisions like Visual Merchandising, and recruit and train staff as needed. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results and profitability.
• Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development efforts when needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a collaborative working environment.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge for authentic customer connections.
• Develop community engagement and loyalty through events.
• Step into various sales floor roles as needed.
