Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily tasks, organize merchandise, and help supervise associates to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform opening/closing duties as needed. This is a full-time position at our Evansville, IN location.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Support customers with a positive, approachable manner.

• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and maintain displays.
• Assist in ordering, damaged merchandise, record keeping, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store areas and secure assets.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates with the Store Manager.
• Ensure safe, respectful environment and policy adherence.
