Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner with questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives, maintain displays, and handle store communications.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, payroll and scheduling, and cash deposits.
• Maintain a well-stocked floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including cash.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures; ensure associates follow them.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, restocked, and presentable; manage bathrooms, floors, and waste.
• Other duties as assigned.
