J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team and drive profitability through authentic customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement.

You will coach sales teams, manage store operations, and partner with leadership to implement strategies that ensure exceptional service and operational excellence. A 1–2 year background in retail management is preferred, with flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift at least 40 pounds.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with merchandising and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director to impact profitability and brand experience.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology.
