Cavender’s in Katy, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Management Team in day‑to‑day operations and customer experience. You will coach associates, drive sales, and help manage payroll, scheduling, and safety initiatives.

You will promote Cavender’s culture, lead training on product knowledge, and work with management to meet store goals and uphold company standards. This role requires hands‑on leadership and strong communication within a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Experience selling products and managing a retail department.
• Proven ability to drive results, manage payroll & scheduling.
