Responsibilities

• Support the Cavender’s culture and drive mission, vision, and values.
• Open and close store, supervise associates, and deliver Best of the WEST customer service.
• Lead and train store associates in sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Address customer complaints and manage returns/exchanges.
• Manage labor and prepare payroll, scheduling, and timecard accuracy.
• Ensure store is clean, organized, and safe, following company policies.
