Old Navy in Columbus is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the store tone and lead a team in delivering a best-in-class experience. You will drive sales, oversee operations, merchandising and talent development, and coach Leaders, Experts and Brand Associates with your General Manager.

You will recruit and develop teams, own areas of responsibility, and ensure procedures and compliance while promoting omni-channel integration and community involvement.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to motivate and coach a team to meet goals.
• Wamiliar with store operations, merchandising and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth through customer and product operations.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Promote omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
