See’s Candies is seeking a Retail Shop Manager to lead a busy store, drive sales and deliver exceptional guest service. You will supervise a dedicated team, execute daily operations, and ensure adherence to See’s standards, policies, and brand values.

You will coach staff, manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and budgeting while pursuing aggressive sales goals and a consistently high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong customer service, communication and merchandising skills.
• Ability to follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop’s team to create a sales-focused, customer-centric environment.
• Meet daily, monthly, and annual sales goals.
• Communicate and implement company policies and programs.
• Delegate tasks and provide follow-up.
• Handle customer and employee concerns professionally.
• Train and develop team members on programs and procedures.
• Coach and give feedback to the team.
• Recruit, select, and recommend qualified candidates.
• Ensure policy compliance and safety standards.
• Monitor expenses to meet budgets.
• Manage cash handling, assets protection, and banking.
• Maintain timekeeping records and approve weekly payroll.
• Ensure wages/breaks compliance with laws.
• Set weekly schedules with District Sales Managers.
• Handle paperwork for banking, new hires, inventory deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
