PHOENIX operates Express stores and Bonobos Guideshops, seeking a Retail Sales Leader for Park Meadows to inspire and coach associates, optimize daily store operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with store management to optimize staffing, merchandise flow, and omni-channel activities while upholding company standards and driving sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in retail preferred.
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Ability to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide coaching and training for store operations, customer service, and floor coverage.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on performance.
• Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and action plans to optimize results.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow including omni-channel operations.
• Monitor customer service quality and schedule staff effectively.
• Deliver excellent in-store experiences and resolve issues positively.
• Lead and model our customer experience standards and product knowledge.
