Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with customers and your team to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales with a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
