Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a proactive leader to assist the store team in delivering a premium customer experience through staff management, stock control, visual merchandising, asset protection, and training. In the absence of the Operations Manager, you will assume additional duties to keep store operations running smoothly.

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Confident and comfortable directing employees and providing guidance.
• Versatile in responding to changing demands in a fast-paced omni-channel retail environment.
• Proactive in completing tasks without constant supervision.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shipment coordination to warehouse for RTV and store transfers.
• Fulfills locate orders and retrieves merchandise for customers.
• Maintains accurate transfer docs, manifests, and receiving paperwork per policy.
• Adheres to loss prevention policies to minimize shrinkage.
• Supports visual merchandising, pricing updates, and store directives to enhance customer experience.
