Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a store operations leader to drive premium customer experiences and manage team performance. You will support the Operations Manager, oversee stock, training, and asset protection, and ensure efficient store execution across merchandising and processes.

The role involves leadership duties in a fast-paced, omni-channel retail environment with a focus on teamwork, ethics, and reliability. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with employees and providing direction.
• Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
• Initiates completion of tasks without supervision.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis and decision making.

• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the shipment of all requested merchandise to appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers in a timely fashion.
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer Locate orders.
• Reconciles store to store transfer documents, store shipment manifests, and all other receiving documents per company policy and nightly operations paperwork.
• Follows all loss prevention policies to minimize potential shrink.
• Executes visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, and compliance to company directives as part of daily operations.
