Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and adaptability.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and accountability with all associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and operations.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Team to improve results and execute plans.
• Implement floorset direction to showcase the product story.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipment receipt.
• Set daily direction for the team and provide performance feedback.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage.
• Lead in-store experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Train and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
