Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Experience in a manager role preferred in retail.
• Ability to coach and develop associates to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations, goals, and accountability.
• Act as Manager on Duty and address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to execute action plans and improve results.
• Lead floorset direction and ensure product storytelling.
• Perform opening/closing routines and payroll-related tasks.
• Provide feedback and coaching to managers and associates.
• Maintain safe, clean, and engaging store environment.
