Job summary

Connectivity Source is hiring for Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager roles in our stores. The RAM will lead by example, deliver attentive customer service, and support sales initiatives while training teammates for advancement.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep promotions and pricing up to date for sales teams daily.
• Maintain facilities for audit compliance.
• Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
