Job summary

Connectivity Source is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager (RAM) in a fast-paced wireless retail environment. The RAM will lead daily operations, ensure accurate promotions and pricing, and partner with the Store Leader to drive sales and customer experience in a high-energy store.

The position emphasizes leadership, communication, and training to help teammates deliver great customer service while pursuing growth opportunities and competitive compensation with bonuses and spiffs.

Qualifications

• Open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep all promotions and pricing up to date daily.
• Maintain the facilities for audit compliance.
• Assist Store Leader in sales, service and customer experience initiatives.
• Partner with Store Manager to coach all employees as needed.
