Job summary

Connectivity Source is hiring for a Retail Assistant Manager to deliver a great customer experience and lead in-store operations. This RAM role focuses on coaching staff, executing sales initiatives, and maintaining store standards.

The position offers an hourly pay range of $20–$24 with a new hire bonus ramp-up, bonuses, and spiffs. Comprehensive benefits and career growth are highlighted in the package.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep all promotions and pricing provided to our sales teams up to date on a daily basis.
• Maintain the facilities for audit compliance.
• Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
