Job summary

Connectivity Source is seeking a Retail Associate Manager to join our dynamic team in a high-energy wireless retail environment. The RAM will lead by example, ensuring attentive service and a great customer experience daily, with training provided to support growth into store leadership.

Compensation includes an average in-pay range with bonuses and spiffs ($20-$24 per hour), plus a new hire bonus ramp-up and opportunities for advancement as the company expands across hundreds of stores.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep all promotions and pricing provided to our sales teams up to date on a daily basis.
• Maintain the facilities for audit compliance.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
• Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
