Job summary

Connectivity Source is hiring for MOBILE ASSOCIATE and RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER roles in the United States. NEW HIRE BONUS ramp-up and $17–$20 per hour pay; a simple $400 payout is included. You will join a team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences while hitting sales goals in a fast‑growing wireless retail environment.

The RAM role requires leadership, energy, and great communication to coach staff and drive store performance. Training is provided to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep all promotions and pricing provided to our sales teams up to date on a daily basis.
• Maintain the facilities for audit compliance.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
