Banana Republic in Durham, NC seeks an Assistant Manager to set the store tone and drive profitable sales through customer and product operations, merchandising and talent development. You will support the execution of the store strategy with the General Manager/AGM, coaching leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build a high-performing team.

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
