Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communicator with customers and team to achieve goals.
• Retail environment passion and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Metrics-driven to deliver business results.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Flexibility to work holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and customer-centric strategies to deliver results.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own an assigned area of responsibility.
