Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitable growth through customer-centric operations.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and improve productivity.
• Execute store strategy with leadership and coaching to staff.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and omni-channel experiences are seamless.
• Represent brand and monitor retail landscape; promote community involvement.
• Ensure compliance standards are met and safety protocols followed.
