Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of relevant job experience; proficient with iPad and POS registers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and retaining top talent.
• Maintain positive store morale and foster a one-team environment.
• Coach and train sales associates for strong performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to identify and grow high performers.
• Assist in hiring by participating in interviews and providing feedback.
