This role partners with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate staff, and to ensure a top-notch guest experience.

The AIT/Assistant Manager will share responsibilities for merchandising, customer service, and store performance, with progression from AIT to full‑fledged manager as duties expand.
