Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Columbus, OH seeks an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help deliver the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. The role covers sales, merchandising and operations such as cashiering, display pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning.

You’ll work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to grow sales, recruit Teammates and provide leadership. The AIT path leads to higher duties as an Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and motivate Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sales generation and guest service.
• Participate in merchandising and store operations.
• Support training and development of Teammates and act as Store Manager in absence.
