Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to lead and develop a store team in Ohio.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, train teammates, recruit new talent, and maintain merchandising and door-to-door store excellence. The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher-level duties, sharing responsibilities for training, store performance, and guest experience, while ensuring exceptional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; or one to three months of related retail experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Sales generation and guest service duties, including greeting guests and providing legendary service.
• Team recruitment, training and development to build a capable store team.
• Visual merchandise management to maintain attractive, compliant displays.
• Store operations tasks including opening/closing, loss prevention and paying customers.
• Supervisory and leadership responsibilities, including conducting interviews and guiding team performance.
